More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Congress Members
Development layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the photographs.
Also featured in this new image release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a notes section identifying different areas of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.
More materials made public as part of the ongoing congressional release.
